Friends and family will let you down. Period.
Why? Because we’re human, flesh and blood, imperfect. We don’t mean to let anyone down, nor try to. It just happens.
And Christian friends and family especially will not always be there for you because Christians will not always be here nor will be allowed to continue to speak the truth any longer or have access to you. The Bible predicts this.
Will you listen while you can, while we have the privilege of freedom of speech and the ability to hear the wisdom of biblical truths?
God created mankind with free will on purpose. He does not want to force anyone to love Him in return, His love for you is just that perfect and complete. It’s a love you will not find anywhere else, even though you continue to try to find that perfect love. We all have tried.
Who wouldn’t want to be perfectly loved?
God doesn’t change, nor is He fickle. He is the Personification of Faithful. He can be counted on, regardless. His love for you is not based on what you have or have not done. No thought or action is horrific enough for His love to change, He loves us just as we are. Always have, always will. We don’t get clean to take a shower, similarly we do not have to be “so good” to make it to heaven. God said it’s impossible for mankind to be good enough to meet His standards and boy, is He right!
The Supreme of all took a piece of Himself and offered it as the Perfect Sacrifice on a cross made of wood, yet made the hill on which it stood.
God is triune, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob Who lives forever. He’s uncreated because He is the Creator and is eternal; always was and always will be. There is none like Him. He is the holiest of holy, completely sacred beyond our human comprehension.
He made you in His image; body, soul, spirit. He knew you before you were born, caring deeply for you and continues to because He doesn’t change. Steadfastness is among His multiple attributes. When you don’t measure up to His standards, He sees you as who you will become through His only begotten Son Jesus; pure and forgiven.
None of us are pure on our own, that is abundantly clear. But God, being Love that He is, provided a way for our sanctification through His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Jesus, the Son of God, one of the triune Godhead, not the prophet. He provided a way through Himself because only God is completely sacred and pure.
You’re still reading, that means the Spirit of the Lord is knocking at the door of your heart. He has laid out His perfect plan for you:
When you recognize that you are a sinner in need of forgiveness, and in need of the only Savior Jesus, and are willing to turn from your sins, He will answer. When you believe in and ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness of your sins, you are not just forgiven, but you are purified as if you had never sinned! Believe He shed His majestic, holy Blood for your sins, died, and rose from the dead victorious over sin and death! Confess Him as your Savior, what a priceless, yet free to you gift He has given y-o-u. He fills you with His Spirit to help you live for Him, ask Him into your life.
Alas, then you sin again, like the rest of humanity, so we confess our sins daily and ask for forgiveness daily. He does not have to die over and over, His one sacrifice for your sin-debt is eternal. The change in your lifestyle is a process: getting to know God through His Word the Holy Bible and faithfully talking with Him and praying everyday, throughout the day. Learning how to live for Him and not just for yourself. Including Him in your thoughts, plans and actions. Worshiping Him for Who He is becomes natural, needed. Learning to develop His love for others within yourself and sharing it. Obeying His commands as He directs your every step. All that you need is His enabling Spirit dwelling within you and a willing, obedient heart and mindset. The sinful habits begin to diminish and fall away the closer you get to your Maker. But like every rose garden, there are thorns along the path of learning. Recognize that from the beginning. You are but flesh and blood. Forgiven, not perfected. Yet.
The Blessed Hope is, He is physically coming back for you if you have accepted Him as your Savior. When you are finally face to Face with your Maker, and you hear His words, “Well done, good and faithful servant” when you are in His love, of His holiest of holy presence, oh, that is the sweet reward. My heart breaks for those who will be sent to hell, those who will never, ever hear the pride in His Voice associated with their name. Don’t be one of the damned. Please.
Don’t miss out, His offer of forgiveness and eternal salvation is available only before He comes back for His bride; those who have accepted His FREE gift of salvation through Him. Once He returns for His chosen/Christians that’s it. No more chances.
This could be your last chance, no one is guaranteed a tomorrow, regardless of the circumstances.
Christians will not always be here to comfort, to warn, to inform, to aid, to direct, and to love you. Christians will not always be there for you but Jesus Christ of Nazareth is indeed there for you, waiting. Don’t wait until it’s flat-out too late.
